Welcome to Fodder for Foodies. My name is Carol Jackson (née Ridehalgh), and I have lived and cooked professionally in France most of my adult life. My style could be described as elevated home cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.

My cookbook, Fodder for Foodies has now been released. This is an extension of my cookbook and will include not only more recipes from my personal collection, but also my interpretation of other favourites that I would like to share — these I will credit to their author.

I will continue where the book left off with both simple and show-stopping recipes. Fish, game, vegetarian and spicy dishes will be included too. References to my cookbook are made from time to time, however, recipes from the cookbook will not be repeated here.
